Festival level precision meets wedding-day magic
I’m Laura Fazzolari, an authorised marriage celebrant, major events manager and project powerhouse based on the NSW Central Coast. I’ve spent over a decade producing large-scale events across Australia, from Splendour in the Grass to Sydney WorldPride. I’ve led front-of-house teams, run entire festival sites, coordinated multi-day cultural programs and worked with some of the most iconic names and brands in the country.
If it happens on stage, backstage or in front of a crowd, I’ve made it happen; calmly, creatively and with absolute precision.
That level of experience shapes how I approach every wedding, with intention, presence and a deep understanding of how to create atmosphere. I don’t just write a script. I craft a moment. One that’s paced perfectly, emotionally grounded and designed to land with impact.

Before I became a celebrant, I built my career producing events that demanded precision, energy and the ability to perform under pressure, from backstage to front of house and everything in between. I’ve led artist compounds, wrangled crowds, delivered major public events and worked across all the moving parts you don’t see, the ones that make or break the guest experience.
I’ve worked on some of Australia’s most iconic festivals, including:
Splendour in the Grass, Groovin the Moo, Spilt Milk, Lost Paradise, Electric Gardens, Mountain Sounds, Yours and Owls, Secret Garden, Knockout Circuz, Fairgrounds, The Plot and the Sydney Royal Easter Show, just to name a few— plus years on the Sydney WorldPride team.
Closer to home, I managed the event centre at Mingara Recreation Club, running everything from weddings and expos to corporate events and live shows. I’ve led large-scale regional activations like the YMCA Youth Careers Expo, and produced campus-wide events with UC Life at the University of Canberra.
From HR coordination and artist liaison to contract negotiation and fast-turnaround production setups, I’ve done the long hours, the high-pressure shifts and the “everything just changed” moments and I bring that same calm, creative, logistical brilliance to your wedding day.
